Don't Forget About New State Required Replacement Forms
Texas has adopted new replacement regulation (28TAC 3.90501+) patterned after the NAIC Model Regulation on Replacements. Beginning on January 1, 2008, our carriers require additional replacement forms that you might not have previously seen. Prior to this legislation, Texas had no required replacement forms. All new forms are available under the 'Forms' section of our website.

The Proliferation of Long-Term Care Riders
Do you have any clients who have a need for both Long-Term Care Insurance and Life Insurance? Several of our carriers have developed linked benefit products which can essentially meet both needs at the same time. AIG introduces the AIG Elite Global IUL. This product is truly the next generation of Indexed UL. The accumulation methodology is based in part on the performance of multiple global financial indices. This product provides solid death benefit protection and an opportunity for cash value accumulation based in part on the performance of the three external financial indices - the S&P 500, Hang Seng (Hong Kong) and the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 (Western Europe).
